RETURNS & EXCHANGES (AKA “WHEN CHAOS NEEDS A DO-OVER”)

We want you to love your order. Like, obsessively. But if something’s wrong-wrong size, wrong vibe, wrong stitching-we’ve got rules to keep the universe (and our supplier) happy.

1. If we messed up

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, send us a clear photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll get our printer to replace it or refund you-no return shipping needed.

2. If you changed your mind

Wrong size, wrong color, sudden personality shift? My supplier doesn’t accept returns for change-of-mind or sizing errors.

We might make an exception and reprint for you, but that’s on a case-by-case basis and usually requires you to cover the cost.

3. If shipping goes sideways

If the address is wrong or the carrier can’t deliver, the package will boomerang back to my supplier. They’ll hold it for 30 days so we can fix the address and reship (extra shipping cost may apply).

FAQ (Frequently Annoying Questions)

Q: How long will my order take?

Printing usually takes 2-5 business days, then shipping times vary depending on where you live:

US: 3-5 business days

International: 7-15 business days (sometimes more if customs is nosy)

Q: How do I know what size to order?

Check the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, go up for a looser fit or down for a tighter fit. Layering your chaos? Size up.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, unless your country’s laws make it illegal for me to send you clothing that says “chaotic” on it.

Q: Can I wash my hoodie/t-shirt like a normal human?

Yes-machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. No bleach, no ironing over prints, and definitely no ritual burnings.

ETC (The Random Drawer Section)

Lost packages: If the tracking says “delivered” but you don’t have it, check with your neighbors, your local post office, and any raccoons in the area before emailing me.

Custom orders: Maybe, it’s worth dropping me an email and asking for sure.

Gift orders: I can send them straight to the recipient, but I don’t offer gift wrapping. Chaos doesn’t wrap neatly.
